Collection: Zoe Adlington

Zoe began painting when she was at school, taking A-level art. She started off painting portraits, with an emphasis on light and shadows. As her painting progressed, she found more enjoyment from focusing on land and seascapes, as she is fascinated by all aspects of the natural environment and spends most of her time outside.

More recently she has focused on pure seascapes, as she loves the colour, drama, freedom and colours of the ocean. Zoe tries to capture the scale and feeling of the ocean, to draw the viewer in so they can hear and feel the water around them.
