Ordered a sculpture and the gallery owners were incredibly helpful making sure it got to me in time (it was a gift) and leaving specific instructions with the delivery company for me as I wouldn’t be in to collect it. Excellent service!

Artworx has a lovely new shop in Newport High Street. Having decorated our dining room we had been looking for new pictures for a couple of months in several galleries. We went into Artworx and Julie showed us around; at that stage we didn't really know what we wanted. She gave us great advice and at no stage was "pushy". We went away and came back a couple of days later and bought "Bridgenorth", a quirky and colourful painting of the town by local artist Caroline Deighton which really lifts the room - altogether a good experience. Having got that home we went back the following week to look at another painting by the same artist, either a stocked item or a commission. This time Chris met us initially - he specialises in local photography, then Julie had a long chat with us. Again no high pressure sales but excellent advice about types of painting, where and how to hang etc. We went away with a second painting and are very pleased.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Artworx, a friendly family business.
