We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds on any items that have been specially ordered for you or commissioned from an artist or designer for you.
We reserve the right to charge an administration and restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price of the item. We also reserve the right to offer a credit note rather than a refund on your returned purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If it has, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We can only replace items if they are defective/damaged, non-original and available in stock or to order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective/damaged item.
If you are returning an item over £50, we recommend you use a trackable postage service and purchase postage insurance.
