Jewellery is only available for delivery to the UK mainland and will be charged at a flat rate of £3.95 for any orders under £50.

Orders for jewellery over £50 will have free UK mainland delivery.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

We use one of our tracked couriers (Royal Mail or DPD) so you can track your order all the way from our gallery to your door.

Returns

We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange - items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. we'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and obtain proof of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage unless any items are faulty, in which case we will reimburse you in full.

We reserve the right to charge an administration and restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price of the item - we also reserve the right to offer a credit note rather than a refund on your returned purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received it and let you know if your refund has been approved - if it has, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Please note that the refund can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective/damaged, non-original and available in stock or to order - if you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at artworxgallery@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective/damaged item

If you are returning an item over £50, we recommend you use a trackable postage service and purchase postage insurance
