Delivery

FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY on all orders

Orders for multiple items will only be shipped once all items in the order are available - if you need earlier delivery of the in-stock items, please place separate orders for the in-stock and out-of stock items

Shipping is only available to mainland UK, the Isle of Man (£19.95) and Northern Ireland (£19.95) - unfortunately we're no longer able to offer shipping to the Channel Islands or the EU

For most orders the couriers we use are DPD and Royal Mail - you'll get a 1 hour delivery time slot given to you on the day of your delivery

Returns

Returns

We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging - we'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase

Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds on any items that have been specially ordered for you or commissioned from an artist or designer for you

We reserve the right to charge an administration and restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price of the item - we also reserve the right to offer a credit note rather than a refund on your returned purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received it and let you know if your refund has been approved - if it has, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Please note that the refund can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective/damaged, non-original and available in stock or to order - if you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at artworxgallery@gmail.com

Postage

To return your item please post it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective/damaged item

If you are returning an item over £50, we recommend you use a trackable postage service and purchase postage insurance

  • Design

    Once a master design is created, a mould is made and liquid ceramic is poured into it - when semi dry the figurine's removed and is hand-carved before the moist ceramic hardens

  • Carve

    Each figurine is carved by hand with no two subjects exactly the same - when the carving is completely finished the figurine is ready for its first kiln firing

  • Paint

    The figurine's then hand-painted with a colorful variety of ceramic slips and bright enamel glazes and re-fired - the final application of gold and platinum gives a luxury finish

  • Present

    Finally each figurine is carefully wrapped and presented in an elegant bespoke De Rosa box

This white tiger bust has been on our wish list for some time & we weren't disappointed when we received it. As ever, with every Artworx delivery, packing was robust.
